Femto LDV CrystalLine uses an incredibly fast sequence of tiny light pulses to generate the smooth surface in the corneal tissue which is 10-100 times faster in its speed than the other Femtosecond Lasers. With slow repetition laser is likely to space spots wide apart. This causes a limit on bed quality and leads to tissue bridges.

Femto LDV CrystalLine uses light pulses with much lower pulse energy. At the higher pulse energies used in other Femtosecond Lasers, the intensity of the light sometimes causes an inflammation which may cause some pain for a few days.
