suffer from dry eyes

I have a problem with my eyesight. My right eye is -7.75 and left eye is -8.25. I mostly wear contact lenses. Recently I'm suffered from dry eyes and couldn't wear contact lenses anymore. Can I have LASIK surgery done? Which type of treatment is suitable for me? Please advise...

Also, I've seen the info from ur website about the new technique.. How is it better than the former one?
