It's true that eye dryness is one of the complications of LASIK. Actually eye dryness will be effected for a first few month. Any how if you got severe dry eye, this need to be taken care first. If it solved then Lasik could be a choice if not we may consider PRK, Epilasik or Phakic intraocular IOL to be an alternative. Thanks for interest in our service.
