Before the operation, anxious, worried, afraid, and tearful would seem up my feeling. The time before the operation far tests was 3 hours and my anxiety built up in this time.
After I had taken a Diazepam, I felt much calmer. The operation itself was painless and over much quicker than I had thought. The doctor talked to me through out which was extremely reassuring and the nurses were very comforting. I realized after that my anxiety was unfounded. A feeling of euphoria came to me afterwards. I could see perfectly through the eye shields and experienced no discomfort. A job is well done.
After the operation, I was relieved it was over and surprised that it was so quick. I experienced no discomfort during after the procedure. I was taken home and slept through the night. In the next morning, I was delighted that my vision was perfect and couldn’t wait to tell my friends and family.
